Overview
Subchain is being built as an Apple-first launcher and ecosystem for focused apps and workflows. This Privacy Policy describes what information may be collected when you use the Subchain website, contact Subchain by email, download or request access to Subchain apps, or use related workflows.
What Subchain Is
Subchain includes CardCrop, Instaflow, and eSniper as independent product directions. CardCrop is the first Subchain product approaching public release. Instaflow and eSniper are coming-soon workflows while they mature. The website is currently static-first and does not include user accounts, website checkout, backend form submission, or license verification.
Information Collected On The Website
The V1 website is intended to be informational. It does not currently provide account registration, checkout, dashboard access, or a connected contact form. Basic technical information may still be processed by hosting and delivery providers as part of serving the website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, timestamps, and security or performance logs.
Information Collected Through Contact Email
If you contact Subchain by email, Subchain may receive your email address, name if included, message content, attachments you choose to send, and related email metadata. This information is used to respond to your request, manage product interest, evaluate private-access requests, and maintain ordinary business records.
Newsletter Or Contact Collection If Enabled Later
The website may later add newsletter, waitlist, beta request, or contact collection. If enabled, Subchain may collect the information you choose to provide, such as email address, name, product interest, platform interest, and message details. Until a real submission handler is connected, any visible form-style elements should be treated as placeholders or non-submitting UI.
App And Download-Related Information
Future release channels may use GitHub Releases, Apple TestFlight, the App Store, direct Mac downloads, or other official distribution channels. If you use those channels, the platform provider may process download, purchase, device, account, crash, diagnostic, or payment information under its own policies. Subchain should not be treated as operating website payment processing unless that is explicitly added later.
Local-First App Behavior
Subchain apps are being presented as practical, local-first workflows where possible. Local-first means the app direction favors processing user-selected files or workflow state on the user's device when practical. Future releases may include features that require platform APIs, cloud services, crash reporting, update checks, or other network behavior, but those features should be described when they are introduced.
CardCrop Data Handling Direction
CardCrop is intended to help turn raw trading card photos into cleaner, listing-ready images. Its product direction favors user-selected image handling for the purpose of crop, cleanup, export, and review. Subchain does not currently claim that CardCrop uploads your images through the V1 website or stores them in a website account.
Instaflow And eSniper Coming-Soon Workflow Posture
Instaflow and eSniper are coming-soon workflows. Instaflow is aimed at preparing owned short-form and social content workflows. eSniper is aimed at auction tracking, user-defined maximum-bid parameters, and controlled automated bidding within those limits. Future preview or feedback workflows may involve user-provided files, workflow notes, or third-party platform contexts only when users choose to participate.
Third-Party Services And Platforms
The website may be hosted and delivered through services such as Cloudflare Pages and GitHub. Future apps or release channels may involve Apple, TestFlight, the App Store, App Store payment flows, GitHub Releases, or similar distribution services. If users choose to use workflows involving third-party platforms such as Instagram, Meta, eBay, or auction marketplaces, those third parties may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
