Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing the Subchain website, downloading available Subchain software, requesting private access, or using Subchain apps or workflows, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, apps, or related services.
What Subchain Provides
Subchain is an Apple-first launcher and app ecosystem for focused workflows. The product direction starts with a launcher and practical app/workflow spaces, including CardCrop, Instaflow, and eSniper.
Apple-First Launcher And App Ecosystem
Subchain is being shaped around macOS first, with iPhone companion paths where they improve the workflow. Broader platform support may be considered later. The website describes the current direction and does not guarantee that every described feature, app, release channel, or platform will become available.
Website Information And Availability
The website is informational and static-first. Subchain may update, remove, or revise website content, app descriptions, availability notes, release plans, pricing direction, and support information at any time. The website may be unavailable or change without notice.
Downloads And Updates
Official downloads, beta builds, updates, hashes, release notes, or App Store links may be added only when release assets are ready. Do not rely on unofficial downloads. You are responsible for ensuring that any software you install comes from an official Subchain or platform-approved release channel.
Accounts And Future Licensing
Accounts are not currently required on the V1 website. Future versions may add accounts, licensing, purchase validation, private-access management, or other infrastructure. If those features are added, additional terms, notices, or policies may apply.
CardCrop Pro Direction
CardCrop is expected to start with a free base version. A one-time $1.99 Pro upgrade is planned. Desktop and mobile purchases may be separate for now. The website does not currently process payments. If a mobile App Store purchase becomes available, Apple may handle payment, refund, subscription, purchase history, tax, and account flows under Apple's own terms and policies.
Instaflow And eSniper Coming Soon
Instaflow and eSniper are coming-soon workflows while they mature. They are not currently available for download or public use. Future preview software and workflows may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to additional instructions.
User Responsibility For Third-Party Accounts And Platforms
Some workflows may relate to third-party platforms, including owned social accounts, Instagram, Meta, eBay, auction sites, or marketplace tools. You are responsible for your own third-party accounts, platform rules, credentials, listings, posts, bids, purchases, and marketplace decisions. Subchain does not control third-party platforms.
No Unsafe Automation Or Platform-Bypass Claims
Subchain does not promise unsafe automation, credential bypassing, platform-rule avoidance, guaranteed publishing, guaranteed bidding outcomes, guaranteed marketplace success, or automated checkout. Users must keep final decisions and platform compliance under their own control.
Permitted Use
You may use the website and available software for lawful, personal, professional, or business workflow purposes consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and any third-party platform rules that apply to your use.
Prohibited Use
- Do not use Subchain to violate laws, third-party rights, or platform rules.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, access controls, payment systems, app distribution rules, or licensing systems.
- Do not use Subchain for fraud, spam, harassment, deceptive listings, unauthorized account access, or unsafe automation.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the website, apps, or release channels except where allowed by law.
User Content And Files
You are responsible for the files, images, captions, notes, auction details, account information, and other content you choose to use with Subchain workflows. You should only use content you own, control, or have permission to use.
Local Processing And App Data Responsibility
Subchain apps are presented with a local-first direction where practical. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, reviewing outputs before use, protecting your device, and managing files created or processed by the apps. Local processing does not remove your responsibility to review content and comply with applicable rules.
Third-Party Services
Subchain may depend on third-party services for hosting, distribution, app stores, beta testing, email, platform APIs, or workflow context. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Subchain is not responsible for third-party services, decisions, outages, account actions, fees, or policy enforcement.
Beta And Private-Access Software
Beta and private-access software may contain bugs, incomplete features, inaccurate outputs, limited documentation, or changing behavior. You use beta or private-access software at your own discretion and should avoid relying on it for critical workflows without independent review.
Intellectual Property
The Subchain name, website, branding, icons, copy, design, app concepts, software, and related materials are owned by Subchain or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Subchain intellectual property.
Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, Subchain may use that feedback without obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Disclaimers
The website, apps, release notes, private-access workflows, and related materials are provided as available and without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Subchain does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free behavior, specific business results, marketplace performance, publishing outcomes, bidding outcomes, or compatibility with every device or platform.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subchain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform account actions, marketplace losses, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the website, apps, or workflows.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Subchain from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, apps, workflows, third-party platforms, user content, files, accounts, listings, posts, bids, or violation of these Terms.
Termination
Subchain may suspend or terminate access to private-access software, beta programs, downloads, or related communications if needed to protect the product, users, third-party platforms, or Subchain's rights, or if these Terms are violated.
Changes To Services Or Terms
Subchain may update the website, apps, release channels, product direction, pricing direction, and these Terms over time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date when appropriate.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of [Insert governing jurisdiction before commercial launch], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different rule is required by applicable law.
